We’re pleased to share that Pinnacle Partners, in collaboration with Trilogy Investment Company, has officially broken ground on REV3 at Avondale East, a new 46-unit build-to-rent townhome community located in the thriving city of Decatur, Georgia.
This milestone marks the latest chapter in our mission to strategically deploy Opportunity Zone capital into high-growth markets across the Sun Belt, addressing the dual goals of housing demand and long-term community impact.
