Pinnacle Partners and HDC’s Proven Track Record of Success in Delivering Affordable Housing

Workforce/Affordable housing is in short supply, particularly in high-demand cities like Los Angeles. Skyrocketing costs, lengthy approval processes, and dependence on government subsidies have historically stifled development.

Pinnacle Partners and Housing Diversity Corporation (HDC) have found a solution by leveraging private capital and Opportunity Zone incentives to provide workforce/affordable housing efficiently. We discussed our unique partnership and strategy in detail during our recent webinar featuring Jeff Feinstein, Managing Partner of Pinnacle Partners, Brad Padden, Founder & CEO of HDC, and Craig Haveson, Founder & President of STS Construction Services.

Watch this video below as we dive deeper into how we bring innovative solutions to much needed housing in Los Angeles.

In particular, Vida DTLA is a case study that demonstrates our success in providing affordable housing in Los Angeles. By using private funding and OZ incentives, we were able to reduce our reliance on tax credits or vouchers and we sought cost-efficient financing and formed a groundbreaking partnership with the LA Homeless Services Authority.
