1) INFORMATION COLLECTED a. We collect personal/financial information when you invest in a Pinnacle fund. This information includes everything disclosed by you within your subscription documents – including, but not limited to, DOB, SSN/TIN, address, bank details and investment history. 

b. We collect personal information including name, email, phone, accreditation status, type of investor (ie advisor, individual, CPA) via our website only when entered by an individual on their own accord. All non-qualified leads and/or spam inputs are discarded, all others are retained on a website form-fill log and used exclusively internally by the sales team. 

2) HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION a. We use personal data for subscription-related purposes and go-forward management of investments. Uses include: processing your subscription, redemptions and distributions; maintaining account records; production and dissemination of tax documents (ie K-1); compliance with legal/AML/KYC laws. 

b. Information collected via the website is used by the sales time to reach out to prospective investors. All non-qualified leads are discarded, all other information maintained securely on Juniper Square. 

3) HOW WE SHARE THE INFORMATION a. Pinnacle Partners has never and will never sell any personal information. Personal information that is shared is exclusively distributed securely to trusted third parties as needed to manage your investment or as required by law (third parties service providers include fund administrators, accountants, legal counsel and software providers such as Juniper Square; third party financial providers include custodians, banks and any broker-dealer that may be processing your transaction; regulatory third parties include government or law enforcement agencies as required by applicable laws). 

4) HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION a. Pinnacle Partners protects your non-public information with strict security measures, including: restricted access to investor files to Pinnacle employees bound by confidentiality agreements in their employment contracts and sending any sensitive information password protected (unless explicitly requested by investor to send unencrypted). 

5) CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY a. Pinnacle Partners reserves the right to update this notice at any point. Pinnacle will notify all investors of major changes as required by law.
