Importantly, we will discuss the recent addition of the fifth and final Fund portfolio project, a garden-style workforce housing development in Northeast Austin, TX. Last money in: One project is currently leasing up, two are under construction, with the fourth and fifth expected to break ground this year. Much of the uncertainty around the portfolio's project costs and construction financing are mitigated given three of five projects are fully capitalized and underway.
