Fund Launch Announcement and Webinar Recording

Pinnacle Partners, in collaboration with Javelin 19 Real Estate, is excited to announce a new, highly curated multifamily Opportunity Zone (OZ) real estate investment fund in targeted emerging markets. 

This multi-asset fund will be comprised of select multifamily development projects in Qualified Opportunity Zones under Code Section 1400Z-1 of the Internal Revenue Code in targeted growth markets throughout the U.S., including Seattle, Dallas, Austin, Nashville, Denver, Phoenix, Bozeman, Salt Lake City and more.
