Pinnacle Sponsored QOF participation in this project which occupies a corner lot in the Pioneer Square Preservation District and is surrounded by older buildings with strict redevelopment limits, which will help to preserve apartment and rooftop deck views through future development cycles. The project will produce highly desirable studio apartments which provide direct access to the vibrant Pioneer Square neighborhood and are within easy walking distance to the central business district.

Pinnacle Sponsored QOF participation in this project in an unbeatable location in the booming South Park Neighborhood of Downtown Los Angeles. South Park is a flourishing urban neighborhood nestled in the entertainment hub of downtown LA. This urban infill residential project for under-served workforce renters will provide high-quality, well appointed studio apartments in an 8-story building on a single lot. With this project, a growing demand for workforce housing will be met by delivering a building with a large number of small, high quality apartments at rents affordable to individuals earning at or below 120% of area median income.

Pinnacle has partnered with Unico Properties to provide a portion of the equity needed to redevelop Washington Building, an 18-story tower which is ready for conversion into 156 multifamily units in the heart of downtown Tacoma. Once completed, Washington Building will be the only Class A high-rise multifamily project in the market and will be delivered at a discount to high-rise replacement cost.

Pinnacle Sponsored QOF participation in this half-block property which is in immediate proximity to the new Judkins Park stop on the East Link light rail route now under construction and slated to open in 2023. The property includes a historic, beautifully restored loft-style brick post and beam office building and a 40,000 SF development site capable of supporting 417 workforce and affordable housing apartments.
