A new neighborhood is emerging along Raleigh Street in northeast Charlotte, transforming an industrial area into a vibrant community. The development, spurred by infrastructure improvements and proximity to the Sugar Creek light rail station, includes The Pass, an 80,000-square-foot office and retail project. Over a thousand housing units are planned, with early tenants like Soul Gastrolounge set to attract visitors. The area is expected to develop its own identity, distinct from nearby NoDa and Sugar Creek.
