Dallas-based Stillwater Capital Investments and investment firm Pinnacle Partners are planning a five-story, 370-unit apartment building at 186 N. First St., less than a mile south of River North. It will be Stillwater’s first Nashville project.
All eyes are on the East Bank due to tech giant Oracle Corp.’s plans to build a 8,500-person work campus in the area. Metro Nashville is hurrying to iron out the neighborhood’s street grid, and developers are snatching up land for apartment complexes, which could accommodate Oracle’s many workers.
