Located in a Qualified Opportunity Zone, this project will include two- and three-bedroom homes, sustainable energy solutions, and modern amenities. This marks Trilogy's third project in Avondale and fifth in Arizona, aiming to address the region’s rental housing demand. The development aligns with Avondale's growth and the Greater Phoenix area's expansion.
